Responsibilities

• Handling email and task management system
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements and assist insured to be complaint.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Work closely with licensed agency producers to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirement

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Mandarin is beneficial.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
