Description: Our client, a leading global e-commerce company, is seeking a Product Manager who thrives in navigating through ambiguity to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with diverse teams spanning different time zones and possess a strong background in Agile methodologies. They should demonstrate expertise in translating business needs into actionable product strategies and be adept at managing the entire product lifecycle.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive the resolution of loosely defined problems to fruition, collaborating with multiple teams and partners across the globe.
- Lead product planning, design, development, documentation, and support efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Work closely with engineering, policy, operations, and customer support teams to uphold product SLA goals and regulatory compliance.
- 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the realm of e-commerce with a large, international user base.
- Proven track record of implementing regulatory/compliance measures for large-scale organizations or platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business issues into actionable product requirements.
- Proficiency in executing within a cross-functional, matrixed organizational structure.
- Prior experience in Compliance, KYC, Identity & Bank account ownership verification, and AML/Regulatory implementation is highly desirable.
