**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled candidate to join our team as a Commissions Analyst. The ideal candidate will have to be good with numbers, manage data, process monthly commissions and have the ability to analyze business to support our organization's strategic decision-making processes.
**Duties:**
- Process monthly commissions to prepare for payout to brokers and agencies.
- Analyze commissions and enrollment data and prepare reports for decision-making purposes.
- Develop and maintain override models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct cost accounting analysis to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with various departments to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to have critical thinking and decision making
- Proficiency in Excel, web-based programs, CRMs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
