About the Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to grow their career in recruiting.

In this role you will:

  • Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews
  • Be a TFH ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience
  • Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes
  • Manage relationships with the candidate, hiring teams and recruiting partners; communicate relevant information at each stage of the process
  • Drive programs and projects to improve how we hire at TFH

About You:

  • 1 years of recruiting coordinating or relevant experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Ability to deal with rapid growth and change
  • Eagerness to learn and build relationships
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow HR compliance models at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
  • You have a bias to action and high sense of urgency to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $65,000- $90,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
