We are seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist who is enthusiastic about serving our long term clients and the pets they love. One year of Veterinary Receptionist Experience is required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, weighing and checking in patients, restraining patients during groomings and treatments, filling prescriptions, managing patient flow, processing and collecting payment, faxing documents, doing evening reminder calls, sending out monthly billing and reminders, keeping the exam rooms and lobby tidy, entering data accurately, filing charts correctly, and assisting management when needed.
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Saturdays.
