Customer Engagement Specialist

Contract to Hire

Onsite Scripps Ranch

Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Wage: $21-$26/hr

This position is an on-site position at the corporate office. The ideal candidate has a strong Customer Service background along with Inside Sales or Account Management experience. This company specializes in manufacturing & distribution of industrial/commercial consumer products.

Duties:

• Manage customer phone calls and emails
• Process customer orders, resolve issues and answer general customer questions
• Provide insight on products and the application of them and make recommendations as needed
• Build rapport with customers through empathy product recommendations improving customer experience through survey feedback
• Develop sales strategy that promotes sales and buying incentives to retain current customer and generate reoccurring sales

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Call Center Customer Service Experience or Inside Sales experience
• High School Diploma or greater (4 year degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel systems
