Opportunity:
We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Painting Sales Consultants. No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in this role. As a Painting Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods, setting up appointments for painting estimates, and providing professional advice to potential customers.
Work Schedule:
Enjoy a flexible work schedule that allows for a great work-life balance. You’ll be actively engaging with homeowners and businesses in various neighborhoods to generate leads and create appointments for painting estimates. Additionally, you’ll attend occasional in-office sales training sessions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads in residential neighborhoods
- Set up appointments for painting estimates
- Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers
- Maintain open communication with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Basic understanding of painting services is a plus, but not required
