Job Description:
As the Sales Trainer, you will be tasked with assembling, scaling, and managing a best-in-class Sales Training program for our Customer Acquisition and Customer Success departments. You will set the vision and strategy to develop, deliver, and own programs, processes and tools that result in a more successful and productive sales organization. You will provide a wide range of onboarding and training options, tools, and resources to educate the sales team. Your focus will be the development, launch, and ownership of ongoing management of sales training, methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding to drive results as we scale.
Responsibilities
Responsible for refining and developing sales training program and process for Customer Acquisition and Customer Success departments • In addition to refining and developing the training program, the Sales Trainer will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and delivering the training to all levels of the sales department as well as new hires • Partner with Sales leaders to build and execute an innovative sales training programs (including onboarding, ongoing skill training, and role-specific training) • Responsible for delivering sales training; new hire onboarding, selling skills, account planning, acceleration training, and entry-level technical training • Baseline and assess seller skills, knowledge, process, and tools required to increase sales productivity at each stage of the buying process • Align development areas to role-specific learning paths • Help develop and deliver seller and frontline manager training programs to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5 Years of Sales Training experience • Experience training remote sales departments focused on both new business and account management • Experience training sales representatives with wide range of experience (junior level representatives to sales management) • Previous experience working within technology and SaaS space preferred • Familiar with creating training material and content • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong formal presentation and listening skills • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
