Overview of Responsibilities : Oversees all day to day operational aspects of the teller line in accordance with MSGCU's policies and state and federal regulations, and in alignment with our core values and the credit union philosophy of "people helping people.
Delivers the desired member experience by providing high quality service, including using effective listening to identify member needs and cross selling products and services in order to deepen member relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Performs all functions of the teller role by providing high quality member service by using MSGCU service standards and Creating Member Loyalty (CML) skills.
Serves as a positive role model for others.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Member Focus : Builds strong member relationships (internal / external) by using effective listening skills to gain insight into member needs and identifying opportunities to benefit the member, and efficiently resolving problems.
