Blanco Tackabery, a mid-size law firm in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an experienced paralegal/legal assistant to join our firm.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Experience in general civil litigation including drafting of pleadings and motions, case management and providing administrative support for any or all of the following: collection and creditors’ rights enforcement, real estate title disputes and title curative litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation, and bankruptcy
• Experience with case management systems and electronic court filing systems is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments from multiple attorneys
• Ability to work as part of a team

Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Salary is negotiable based upon experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
