Summary:

Coordinates, performs and assists with ongoing projects, processes, programs and initiatives in integrating the organizations culture and values with HR related duties and responsibilities in operational areas. Provides daily coordination and operational assistance in specific operational areas which may include but not limited to tuition assistance, diversity and inclusion, HR/Payroll, talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare, leave coordination, benefits, record management and special projects

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business management, or closely related field

Work Experience:

• 2 years of previous related experience
• Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems; familiarity with various related databases and software, including extensive knowledge in Microsoft products
• Advanced analytical ability, logical and independent thinking and ability to recognized and analyze opportunities and potential difficulties
• Ability to make independent decisions, plan organize and self-direct work
