The HR Technology Analyst has a primary focus on configuration, support, and maintenance of the Human Resource technology platform (Workday). This role serves as a technical point-of-contact for the HR Department and Business leaders. This position works closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, configurations, system changes, and security set up meets the business needs. This role also supports system releases, business enhancements, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Essential Functions

Serves as the technical expert for assigned applications within Workday by understanding the system functionality, dependencies, end user experience and documentation.
Provides day-to-day support for assigned Workday applications, including: researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; and preparing for semi-annual Workday releases.
Partners with respective functional leaders and key stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend and implement solutions, facilitating successful change management for assigned applications in Workday
Intakes and prioritizes reporting requests, recommending appropriate delivery of data (i.e. dashboards vs. report vs. slides) based on audience and how the data will be used
Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner, allowing the user to quickly understand the results and recommendations to facilitate data driven decision-making
Develop user friendly, in-application reporting for our HR team and Managers, reducing the amount of time spent on ad-hoc reporting requests
Actively participates in Workday Community, customer groups, and networking events to identify best practices and stay current with HR Technology and data analytics trends
Contributes to Workday projects and coordinates with HR functional teams for process and system support initiatives.

Environmental Factors
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
