Huot is seeking a full time Press Brake Operator, reporting to the Production Manager, with hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and operating press brake machinery.

Duties:
- Set up and operate a press brake machine to bend, form, and shape metal plates and sheets according to blueprints or work orders
- Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure accuracy and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience operating press brake machinery is required
- Set up experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus

Qualifications:

- Ability to read blue prints.

- Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

- Knowledge of shop math and the ability to apply it.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.

- Must be able to work in a standing position for 8 hours a day.

- Good visual acuity.

A pre-employment drug screen is required upon hire.
