We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in St. Nazianz.
Responsibilities
Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
- Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and / or assembly.
- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
- Other related duties as assigned.
The annual salary for this role is $63,375 - $92,950 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have :
Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing experience OR Associates degree plus 5 or more years of manufacturing experience OR high school diploma / GED plus 7 or more years of manufacturing experience
