Banquet coordinators have the following responsibilities:

• Direct interaction with clients
• Direct contact with other vendors
• Management of staff
• Execution of banquets such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, etc.
• Management/Execution of reception setup
• Ensuring opening and closing responsibilities

Banquet coordinators are needed for weekend (Friday, Saturday, occasional Sunday) evenings. Banquet coordinators work directly with All Occasion's clients to facilitate and execute the expectations set by Event Coordinators for events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, etc. Banquet coordinators should enjoy working directly with clients and various people including the management of back of house staff and coordination with other vendors. Previous management experience is required and should be reflected on the resume. All Occasion Banquet Center is a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking should be any applicants strength. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
