We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental offices and possess knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and coding.

Responsibilities:

- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Process insurance claims and payments
- Review and update patient dental records
- Coordinate with Veterans Affairs organization
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance matters
- Assist in resolving insurance-related issues

Experience:

The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

*Minimum 3 years experience in a dental office*
- Proficiency in dental terminology
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
