Under direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II), the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) performs technical support and analysis work. Participates with other staff on a broad range of projects in the IT Service Desk Unit, Technology Service Desk Section, Infrastructure & Operations Branch, within Technology Service Division (TSD).
