El Concilio is Hiring a Data specialist Near Stockton, CA
El Concilio California is accepting applications for our open State Data Specialist within our Early Childhood Development Centers.
Under the general supervision of the Family and Engagement Coordinator, manage and maintain the organization's State data systems and ensure compliance with state contracts and guidelines.
State Data Specialist involves maintaining and monitoring children's attendance, waitlists, files, and monthly reports to the State.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Employment Type : Full -Time; Non-Exempt (40 hours weekly)
Work Hours : Monday - Friday;
Requirements :
- Background Check - FBI, DOJ, CACI
- Health Records / Immunizations
- Valid Driver's License.
- Up-to-date Car Insurance
- CPR & First Aid with EMSA certification; completion within 60 days of hire
Qualifications :
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly recommended. Proven experience in data management or clerical work.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Knowledge and ability to use word processing, databases, and spreadsheet software programs to develop and produce correspondence, reports, publications, presentations, and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with staff and clients.
- Maintain acceptable work habits (attendance, punctuality, time management, teamwork, etc.).
Language Skills : Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred .
