The beer-tender / server is our front salesperson and is responsible for providing attentive customer service while serving our craft beverages and food to customers in the taprooms. They are also responsible for performing front of house opening and closing duties, completing side work, changing kegs, cooking appetizers, cash and credit card transactions, and working as part of a successful and effective team while following all SOPs and protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately take beer and food orders from customers with a positive and helpful attitude. Providing the customers with service that you would expect while being a patron at another establishment. Assist them with any questions.
Demonstrate understanding of Michigan law as it pertains to the sale of alcohol. Understand laws regarding the sale/consumption of alcohol, which can be obtained by ServSafe or TIPS certifications.
