- Review, draft and negotiate agreements including sales/incentive agreements (including volume purchase agreements), product demo agreements, and
- Ability to review agreements and prepare summaries for purposes of executive approvals and CLM system entry
- Manage contracts through lifecycle process using iCertis CLM or similar contract management solution (icertis specifically isn't required, any tool is fine)
- First point of contact for business clients; ability to identify and collaborate with internal LCO and functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Revenue
- Experience with Excel and creating presentations using PowerPoint
- Responsive and results-oriented problem solver with capacity for complexity
- Tech industry experience is preferred
