We are currently seeking an Activities Director!

The Activity Director is responsible for planning and executing activities and events for the residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization and resident retention
• Set up and cleanup for all events
• Purchase supplies and giveaways for residents through the reimbursement process
• Contact outside sources to provide additional activities and outings
• Securely store and inventory company property that is used for events
• Assist with monthly newsletters
• Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures
• Collect feedback to gauge the success and impact of the event
• Ensure that events are well-provisioned, the event staff is trained and prepared, and that the event takes place on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Experience planning and executing events
• Customer Service experience
• Proficient communication, marketing, and organizational skills
• Work independently with the ability to apply sound judgment
• Ability to operate within established budget
• Ability to maintain rapport with staff and residents
