We are in search of a diligent Leasing Assistant to contribute significantly to our real estate portfolio in East Bay, California. This role involves substantial travel requirements and focuses on managing and filling vacancies in our properties. The successful candidate will have a background in property management, real estate, or leasing, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively within a team.Responsibilities:• Take the lead in managing 40 vacancies within the East Bay portfolio by assisting in lease administration, tenant relations, and maintenance oversight for both residential and commercial properties• Travel up to 50% of the time to various properties within the portfolio to conduct onsite inspections, attend meetings, and execute other property-related tasks pertaining to marketing and leasing efforts• Ensure top-notch customer service to prospective tenants by promptly addressing inquiries, showcasing properties, and facilitating the leasing process to maximize tenant satisfaction• Collaborate closely with the portfolio management team to devise and implement strategies for efficiently filling vacancies, optimizing property performance, and achieving investment goals• Assist in preparing regular reports on leasing activity and vacancy status, which includes financial analysis, occupancy rates, and prevailing market trends• Utilize skills such as Leasing Consultant, Investment Properties, Multifamily Properties, Entrata, and Property Management to effectively fulfill the job role.
