About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager to join the IAG team. In this role, you will enhance client relationships, coordinate resources for advisors, and contribute to overall satisfaction, growth, and client retention goals. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with FiNet, First Clearing and RIA ensuring high levels of service satisfactions through daily interactions with operations and service departments and implementing programs to enhance the FA transition experience.
In this role, you will:
Manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships
Communicate trends and recommend solutions
Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
Provide analysis and negotiation of contracts or issues
Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
4 years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive cross-functional brokerage operations experience
Experience working in Salesforce.
Understanding of the independent advisor business.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
