ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. We are currently hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for our office located in Saint Louis, MO .As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will coordinate, plan, and execute dispatch operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of driver personnel within our nationwide fleet logistics service line.

Schedule Options:
Sunday - Wednesday 10:30am - 9:00pm (Four 10 hour shifts)

** Schedule during Training: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm **

**Hybrid schedule after training completed! 2 days in office, 2 days remote**

Pay: $20 - $22/hr. Based on Experience

What will you be doing?

• Review existing customer accounts to confirm we are meeting expected SLAs and monitor existing inventory.
• Provide a high level of customer service and empathy. 
• Communicate and problem solve internally and externally.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Making calls to drivers on hot units and provide updates to customers.
• Working with our accounting department to ensure proper pricing.
• Utilizing transportation management system to dispatch vehicles to carriers.
• Building carrier relationships to increase our active carrier network.
• All Other duties as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

• Strong client-service orientation, with ability to think critically and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrated planning skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules to drive client satisfaction and meet fluctuating business and operational needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service/client relationship experience
• Must have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations. 
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience working in a call center environment preferred.
• Experience with transportation software, a plus
