ResponsibilitiesClearly explain and guide customers and partners through our services and programs.
Respond to inquiries from customers and partners promptly and accurately.
Generate new work orders containing accurate customer details.
Coordinate and confirm scheduling for appointments as necessary.
Process payments from customers accurately and within expected time frames.
Maintain and update customer records in our systems reliably.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls with a high degree of professionalism.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks.
Utilize call center tools and remote support to improve customer interactions.
Quickly adapt to new programs and software integral to your role.
RequirementsExperience in customer service or a call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage stressful situations and high call volumes.
Effective problem-solving skills with a knack for immediate, creative thinking.
Proficient with computer systems, including tracking, information retrieval, and troubleshooting.
Team player with the ability to also work independently.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
