**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel, custodial, industrial cleaning, and housekeeping management. If you have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all areas - Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain a high standard of cleanliness - Inspect rooms and common areas for compliance with cleanliness standards - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in housekeeping management or related field - Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and leadership abilities If you are passionate about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, possess the necessary qualifications, and enjoy leading a team to success, we invite you to apply for the Head Housekeeper position with us.
