Responsibilities And Requirements
- Executes dispositioning and certificate of analysis dispositioning and sample processing for raw materials, WIP, and Finished Goods
- Management of third-party testing laboratory samples
- Conducts ATP swabbing for line clearance in Manufacturing Area
- Completes vendor evaluations and assigns vendor risk assessments
- Works closely with colleagues across other departments to ensure that everyone is completing and submitting the necessary documentation
- Audits documentation from production areas including MMRs, BPRs, and Cleaning logs to ensure good documentation practices are being adhered to
- Execute testing of raw materials and finished products in support of release or materials (FTIR, microbial plating with petrifilm, water activity, brix, pH)
- Assist in the collection and testing of stability samples in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external testing
- Package stability samples by following current guidances to ensure appropriate storage/conditions
- Assist in the collection of environmental swab samples for pathogen and ATP monitoring programs
- Understand and provides feedback for standard operating procedures to ensure operational accuracy and safety
- Executes dispositioning and certificate of analysis dispositioning and sample processing for raw materials
- All other duties as assigned
- Able to report to the facility each day
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for for extended periods time
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology, including but not limited to Google Sheets and Google Documents
- Outstanding organizational skills
