**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and administrative skills to manage the front desk operations efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Prepare therapists rooms
- Light cleaning
- Restocking lobby items
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Square Appointments & QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
