Work functions include but not limited to :
- Provides guidance to customers who enter the sales area. The Vehicle Sales Consultant assists on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Submits customer sales documentation (application, insurance information, trade title, etc.) to Finance & Insurance Manager.
The Vehicle Sales Consultant completes and processes sales orders in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- The Vehicle Sales Consultant is required to obtain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets; set by the Sales Management Team.
- Attends product and retail training programs as requested by management. The Vehicle Sales Consultant maintains updated information on new merchandise and services within the industry.
Employee Prerequisites :
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Basic computer operating, mathematics, problem solving knowledge.
- Sales experience and knowledge of automotive CRM software is a bonus.
