Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Tech Retail Store

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to customers in person or over the phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
