As a Customer Service/Office Representative, you are the first interaction customers have with the drop zone. A positive attitude, upbeat personality and desire to provide the best experience possible is essential to succeed in this position.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers in person, on the phone and email. Entering reservations, answering phones, taking payments, up-selling services, filing paperwork, light cleaning duties and making people smile!
Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to follow point-of-sale procedures
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Cash handling experience helpful
- Paid Training provided
- Must be legal to work in the US
Salary:$12.00-$14 per hour based on experience
