ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1. Responsible for AP including invoice entry, cutting checks, obtaining signatures, recording ACHs payments, credit card transaction entry, and filing.
2. Responsible for cash receipts including preparing bank deposits and corresponding general ledger entry.
3. Under the direction of the Human Resource Director, purchasing of agency supplies including :
4. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and PRN employees; writes and places advertisements.
5. Assist in onboarding procedures and ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed, including scheduling interviews and negotiating employment agreements.
6. Assist in maintaining personnel records.
7. Maintains organizational charts.
8. Maintains training software.
9. Serve as a back-up for payroll processing, including correcting timesheets.
10. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
11. Provide administrative and office support, including mail, phone calls, agendas, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system.
12. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
13. Attend all mandatory training / licensure and receive an annual TB screening.
14. Require regular and reliable attendance. Proficiency with MS office computer software applications.
15. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :
BA or Associate Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources from a regionally accredited program; 1-2 years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the organization and its employees.
