Monroe Roofing and Siding is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-oriented Direct Marketing Associate to enhance the home improvement journey for our customers. Are you ready to be part of our team?

This role offers a base pay along with commission. You can expect an hourly rate of $17-$18/hr plus bonuses, paid weekly. On average, our team members earn $50-100/hr. Since this a guaranteed base with commission you are limited by your own mindset. Reps make from 500-3500 weekly plus a commission performance. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm, with breaks and a lunch break provided. Base pay is determined by various factors such as work experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide more details about the compensation package during the hiring process.

PURPOSE: As a Direct Marketing Associate, your main responsibility is to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing and accurately record data of potential customers and market areas.

Responsibilities:

- Actively generate leads by conducting door-to-door campaigns in designated territories to create viable sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.

- Utilize Monroe Roofing and Siding mapping tools and business software to maintain accurate records of house-to-house data.

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, following uniform guidelines and necessary permits.

- Participate in company meetings as needed.

- Share with the Canvassing Program Manager any suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies at Monroe Roofing and Siding.

- Thoroughly understand Monroe Roofing and Siding's methods, products, and current promotions to become an expert in Signature Services.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.

- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

- Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.

- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Driven by goals and self-motivated.

- Ability to navigate through various platforms on tablets.

- Physically capable of walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
