JOB TITLE: Grants & Contracts Administrator
POSITION GRADE: 81 [ salary range: 20.90-35.60/hr commensurate with education and experience ]
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Agency Advancement
SUPERVISOR: Director of Agency Advancement
JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Agency Advancement, the Grants & Contracts Administrator focuses on the writing of grants and administration of grants once awarded. This full-time non-exempt position resides within Program Quality Initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
POSITION SPECIFICS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2 years of experience in cross-functional project implementation. Successful research, grant or proposal writing experience is preferred.
Skills:
Physical Demands: Ability to work in an office setting using a computer.
Other: Must know Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook and be able to readily learn new systems. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge is a plus. Occasional nights and weekends.
Travel: As needed. Driver’s license required.
