Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

- Perform work in a manner in which meets all product and Quality systems requirements.

- Participate in applicable corrective and preventive actions.

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments

- Material handling within and between departments and inventory

- Use and operation of hand trucks, lifts, pallets, electric pallet stacker and tow motor

-Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving duties
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle and ensure timely order fulfillment

- Prepare finished goods for shipment per job traveler and written procedures

- Verify and double check all incoming and outgoing deliveries; quantity, identification, irregularities and note on bill of lading

Requirements:

- Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Strong basic math skills for inventory management and order processing
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
