Job Title: Service Desk Representative

LOCATION: Rochester hills , MI

Duration: 6 months Contract

Shift: (Monday-Friday) 10am-6:30pm or 10:30am-7pm Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, helpful and friendly disposition, and experience supporting people via email and phone.
• Absolute minimum of 2 years of recent Service Desk experience for residents of Southeast Michigan. Prefer more but will not consider less.
• Ideal candidates will also have other customer service roles in their career history (call center, food service, retail, etc.)
• Experience supporting Epic, Microsoft (Windows and Office), VPN, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Experience working remotely
• Stable job history.
• Customer service experience in addition to technical experience is always a positive - positions in food service, retail, or other non-tech support roles are something we like to see on the resume.
• 2 Weeks of Training with variable shifts possible **Position is remote** .
• Assisting with identification verification, password resets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• hospital: 1 year (Required)
• IT support: 2 years (Required)
• Service Desk Representative: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ITSM/ITIL/HDI (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Rochester Hills, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
