As Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be integral to our dynamically growing company.
Working directly with the marketing and sales teams to execute various sales and trade support disciplines, such as developing and managing "swag," POS, print materials, and helping with merchandising and event planning across multiple states.
You'll bring our portfolio of market-leading brands to life in our customer's stores and find new ways to translate brand strategy into retail-level execution and success! Duties include but are not limited to the following : Swag & merchandise program Manage this critical part of our marketing strategy by working with the brand lead to develop and produce an industry-leading "swag" program, including apparel, giveaways, and more.
This program must be dynamic and constantly evolve with trends and demand.
Budtender focused) Budtender program - Oversee the budtenders' incentive and training program.
Ensure our budtender and retail partners are educated on all aspects of the brands and product lines.
Coordinate ongoing trainings and sample distribution across over 500 retailers.
Manage the Budtender incentive platform offering monthly sales contests and report on results.
Retailer and Distributor Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
Help develop customized promotional plans and marketing materials to support those partnerships.
Point-of-Sale Materials Work directly with brand and sales management to develop best-in-class point-of-sale materials, including print materials, table-toppers, flyers, pop-ups, displays, etc.
As the liaison between sales and marketing, you will go on frequent "ride-a-longs" with sales reps to visit accounts and learn the needs of both the sales reps and the retailers, bringing that knowledge back to the marketing department to develop assets.
Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event analysis.
Sales Support- as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, ensure the sales team has the marketing support and assets to be successful.
These assets may include sell sheets, product information materials, swag, giveaways, POS displays, etc.
In addition, manage the feedback loop on programs with local sales and field marketing teams.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in trade marketing.
Propose and implement new ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Budget Management - Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Track and report on budget expenditures and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting - Track the performance of trade marketing activities and promotions using key metrics.
Generate regular reports and insights to inform future strategy adjustments.
