At iShared Transportation, we need a professional who knows how to connect. We are currently looking for an account executive to be the leading force that fuels our growth.

The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The account executive will be a confident, passionate, proactive, and curious member of our sales team, identifying growth opportunities for clients.

A Day in the Life:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships via phone and email with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking with confidence and strong self-assuredness.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify additional opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of activity related to clients and prospects.
  • Proactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers.

What you need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information to potential customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment with a team mentality.
