System One is Hiring an Operations Admin Near Riverview, FL
- Create the weekly schedules in Excel for the operations teams by following the union contract
- Receive and approve vacation requests from hourly employees as well as shift trades
- Update schedules and track employees’ attendance in Kronos
- Communicate with department supervision and HR with any attendance issues that may arise
- File and track the daily standard works and other various procedures that are turned in from the production teams
- Work within Maximo to order various department office supplies
- Order occasional meals for department meetings and special events
- Be well verses in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible to work in the US and able to commute onsite M-F in Riverview, FL.
- 1 years of administrative experience in an office or manufacturing environment
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
