Adoray Home Health and Hospice is Hiring an Account Liaison Near River Falls, WI

Adoray is your locally trusted nonprofit home health and hospice partner proudly serving St. Croix, Pierce, Polk, Burnett, Barron & Dunn Counties in Wisconsin since 1995.

Adoray is currently recruiting for a full-time Account Liaison to join our team. The Account Liaison role is a performance-based health care sales position and is responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory. Primary referral sources include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community-at-large. The Account Liaison identifies opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, organizations and payors.

Duties

  • Ability to identify and/or follow up sales leads and referrals; develop new referral sources and interact with existing referral sources to increase sales of the Adoray services.
  • Participates in outreach activities designed to increase the members in the community who are educated about hospice and about the Adoray's services. Provides patient, family, and caregiver with education on hospice and encourages informed decision making.
  • Assists with referral information for intake as needed and collects pertinent documentation necessary to schedule patients for admission.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
  • Meet admission and call volume targets for entire Adoray service area.
  • Able to motivate businesses, insurance companies/brokers, and other sources of business to utilize Adoray services and to persuade Adoray staff to participate in marketing efforts.
  • Assertive, persistent, and honest in promoting Adoray services in spirit of collaborative partnership to both external and internal customers.
  • Able to analyze competitive/marketplace information to determine trends and to recommend goals/strategies.
  • Ability to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful demeanor with all customers, and to develop good rapport with customer personnel.
  • Build and monitor customer perceptions of Adoray Home Health and Hospice as a high-quality premier provider of services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years in Sales and Marketing and/or health-care related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance ( if applicable)
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations including able to work irregular hours evening and weekend hours, attend meetings and special events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
