Our established, general practice Delaware County Law Firm is seeking a versatile office administrator/legal assistant to help manage our growing portfolio of business, real estate, estate planning and administration, criminal, family law and other matters. We enjoy a relatively small and collegial, family-friendly culture and an attractive and conveniently located office.
The successful candidate will perform the following essential functions:
We are seeking an individual with a positive demeanor and friendly disposition, as well as a desire for continual personal and professional growth. Our new hire must have: the ability to handle multiple priorities; the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to maintain strict confidentiality; strong organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word; proficiency in grammar and spelling; experience communicating directly with clients in a professional and courteous manner by phone and email; etc. Law firm experience is preferred but other professional office experience will be considered. We are looking for someone to be an integral part of our team with a focus on providing excellent client service.
