POSITION OVERVIEW
The Surgical Sales Representative is responsible for achieving Company financial goals by working with local sales and operations team members to increase sales within the territory.
The Surgical Sales Representative will be responsible for both account management and new business development.
IDEAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales success with surgical capital equipment with specific experience in the urology market.
They will have a proven track record of success in addition to excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will also have healthcare experience within the hospital and IDN market in the Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland territory.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have prior experience selling into hospitals and IDN customers in the territory. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required.
