Ascertains nature of call and assesses whether it can be handled in place, needs to be escalated, or if further follow-up is required to provide customer with appropriate resolution.
Accurately process and document each inbound call / email transaction into company databases. Deliver service and support to end-users via voice call, email, and third-party software.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
