Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities : -Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.-Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
• Making copies, compiling them into binders, and distributing to team members-Enter data into database
• Will perform Expediting tasks-Approving items in internal database

Skills : -Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.-Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education / Experience : High school diploma or GED required. 3 years experience required.Applicant must be comfortable working in an industrial / refinery environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong written and oral communication skills and adapt to changing needs when priorities shiftAbility to use discretion and judgment in handling of confidential and sensitive business informationAbility to work effectively and cooperatively with a diverse teamAbility to prioritize work, manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks with limited supervisionMust have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $24.00-$25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
