Summary of Role:
We are seeking to hire an individual to join SunPower’s financial asset management team. The team is responsible for managing the SunStrong joint venture's long-term financial performance. The managed portfolio is comprised of third-party-owned residential and commercial solar assets.
The role will manage the residential and commercial business by serving as the primary interface for project-level debt and equity investors post-closing, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of all contractual, compliance, and performance obligations required under the financing agreements. This position will report to the Director of Asset Management and will coordinate regularly with other internal departments such as accounting, tax, legal and operational teams.
Excellent listening, and writing skills and very strong judgment are essential. The role requires delivery and operation at very high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment.
\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package including annual bonus eligibility, short and long-term incentives, and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program that includes health insurance coverage, employee wellness, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off, and so much more.
