Regina Health Center is Hiring a Dietary Aide Near Richfield, OH
Regina Health Center is a CMS 5-STAR mission-based skilled nursing facilities of excellence in Richfield, Ohio currently seeking a full & part-time time dietary aides. Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week and part-time schedule is 24 hours per week with rotating weekends & holidays. Flexible early morning (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) shifts available and after school hours available 3-7pm.
Responsibilities include preparation of regular and modified diets while following all safety and sanitary regulations and engaging in proper practices to comply with all federal, state & local regulations. These positions assist with preparation and serving of meals and ensures that the kitchen is opened, prepped, and stocked at end of the shift, while maintaining compliance with all sanitation requirements. The dietary staff is responsible for creating and assuring a pleasant, comfortable and safe dining environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Prior experience working in a nursing home or skilled rehab is a plus!
Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with the supervision of staff and delegating assignments in the absence of the supervisor.
