Position Summary:The primary function of the Warehouse Manager is to be responsible for all areas of warehouse maintenance, product storage and the management of warehouse employees. They will provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices. Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.Manage the daily operations of a warehouse.Oversee and lead warehouse personnel.Monitor, maintain, and promote high standards of production activities.Hold team accountable for employee attendance, production standards, and other duties as assigned. Motivate and discipline staff as needed.Develop and train new team members.Conduct regular meetings with team members to share interdepartmental communications in a productive and timely manner.
