Our growing company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone for our high-performance sales team! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities
Duties
- Engage in inbound and outbound calls with NCH customers who are considering a change in their services or renewing their services
- Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to win customers back
- Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and develop customer retention
- Explain our products and services and the benefits that come with them
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor and conduct
- Problem solving skill sets, be strategic and diplomatic
- Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
- Ability to handle rejection
- Achieve and exceed individual targets
- Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Familiarity with multi-line phones

- $31,200 Base Salary Commissions, Spiffs, and Bonuses
- Primary schedule is from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work.
