Job Title Sales Executive What does a great Sales Executive do at Fiserv? As a Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in expanding and growing our market share in the Large Financial Institution space. Your primary responsibility will be to execute value-driven solution sales activities with both existing and prospective clients, driving the adoption of Fiserv's digital and payment solutions. With a focus on the Credit Union segment, you will strategically identify, qualify, and secure new clients, meeting, and exceeding sales targets. Your expertise in selling complex solutions to large financial institutions will be instrumental in positioning Fiserv as the preferred provider in the industry. By utilizing your strong business acumen and competitive sales tactics, you will craft compelling presentations that effectively persuade clients and win new opportunities. In addition, your contributions will extend beyond individual sales efforts as you share industry knowledge and best practices within the sales community. What you will do: Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv digital and payment solutions within the designated Credit Union segment or assigned accounts. Develop selling strategies for assigned accounts and establish regular interactions with executive levels to expand account coverage and create demand. Leverage influential individuals within the client's decision process, creating action plans to influence decisions in favor of Fiserv solutions. Recommend new value-add solutions through unsolicited proposals and help customers identify and measure the impact of proposed business improvements. Build and maintain internal and external industry networks to stay informed on industry trends and effectively articulate Fiserv's value proposition. Develop long-term client relationships based on mutual value and trust, resulting in repeat business for Fiserv. What You Will Need To Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A proven track record of meeting sales targets, with 10 years of selling experience. 10-15 years of experience in solution sales within the Financial Services and Payments industry. Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, understand the sales process, assess client business needs, and justify solutions based on business impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions in terms of ROI and business value. What Would Be Great To Have: Experience selling complex solutions into large financial institutions. Experience working in a large matrix organization with hundreds of products/services.
