Daily interaction with C-Level, Executive, and key decision-makers to establish influence and manage accounts Develop and maintain a unified account management strategy with client base for ISOs (Independent Sales Offices) Pursue and generate market opportunities in tandem with creating and executing tactical plans/programs to achieve P&L objectives Ability to enhance production, revenue, and market share Act as knowledge-centered resource on products, services, legislation, processes and policies, all designed to increase partner education Influence and creatively motivate/inspire ISO's for increased production and commitment Present new, value-added products and services designed to increase merchant application count and account P&L performance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor's in related field AND 3 years in sales driven position; OR HS/GED AND 7 years in a sales driven position Ability to source and prospect leads and work them through the sales process Ability to manage and motivate signed partners into productive partners Must be 18 years of age or older PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years in sales driven position Background in the Payment Processing Industry Assertive, innovative, and creative approach to sales Experience selling channel partners (ISO, ISV, Agent, or Referral Partnerships) Self motivated Deluxe Corporation is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability, sex, age, ethnic or national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or presentation, pregnancy, genetics, veteran status or any other status protected by state or federal law.
